Happy New Week in October!  Weather is absolutely gorgeous!  Time to do all those outside chores or activities without getting too hot!  McGavin Ranch, our 55+ Active Retirement Community has a lot of choices for outdoor activities.

There is Putt-putt Golf every evening at 6pm Monday through Friday.  The pickle ball and bocce ball courts are always open also.  Pickleball is getting quite busy with quite a few players.  The pool is always available also. It is half covered, so if you want sun you can have it, or bask in the shade!  The hot tub is always a relief for those sore muscles!

Water Volleyball is going on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.  There is usually a good crowd and sounds like they are having fun!

We had our streets resurfaced the past couple weeks.  What a difference!  I didn’t take before pictures, but these are the during and after!

Next week we have our Halloween Scavenger Hunt, Parade, and Dinner. I’m thinking this is going to be a fun night!  We get to dress up our golf carts, and ourselves, ride through the neighborhood and maybe win a prize!

There are only 2 homes available for sale right now in our 55+ Active Community of McGavin Ranch.  Lot 43 is the beautifully remodeled home.  It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The front porch is wonderful.  It faces north, so the sun is not beating down on you, and you can enjoy to world!

Lot 108 is the 2 master bedroom home.   Both bedrooms are large, with their own bathrooms attached.  There is also a large screen room and patio.
