Nestled in a quiet residential area off of the main arteries in Mesa, Arizona, McGavin Ranch offers seclusion from the hustle and bustle of the Mesa area. Still, McGavin Ranch is within 3 to 8 miles of malls, restaurants, recreation, medical facilities, and more. We’re also located near the Superstition Mountains, several lakes, and close enough to Phoenix when you’re looking for an “in town” day.
