Sundance 1 RV Resort, Sundance 2 and The Buttes at Sundance all 55+ adult communities are located in Casa Grande, Arizona. The City of Casa Grande is located 65 miles from Tucson and 45 miles from Phoenix along the I-10 Interstate Highway in the Sonoran Desert.
Sundance 1 RV Resort is a Family-Owned Park that was established in 1998, has grown to become one of the most popular RV destination resorts in Arizona.
The park has 750+ sites that make up our community of Park Model Homes and Full Hookup RV Sites. The average lot sizes are 40’ wide by 50’ deep. We have 13 pull through sites that are reserved for daily and weekly stays only. There are 2 pull throughs designated for handicap access. Each site has 30/50-amp electric availability.
The family expanded its vision in 2018 opening Sundance 2 with 106 sites and as of Summer 2024 is now 99% sold. Their vision expanded once again in 2022 with The Buttes at Sundance which will have 99 lots in Phase 1 and as of Summer of 2024 is 50% sold.
Since it’s beginning’s, Sundance RV Resort has strived to offer our residents and guests a welcoming and laid-back environment to meet, gather, play and enjoy all that this resort has to offer. With a full time, Activities Director, there are so many things one can participate in, you may have trouble deciding where and how to spend your time.

Queen Valley RV Resort is more than your typical RV Park in Queen Valley, Arizona. In addition to Motorhomes, Travel Trailers, and 5th wheels visiting us throughout the year, we also offer Park Models for Rent or for Sale by private individuals! Campground USA is Big Rig Friendly with spacious back in and pull-through sites with patios. We have paved streets with 129 full hook-up 30/50 amp RV sites. Gated smoke free community.
Living is easy at South Forty RV Ranch. Our RV park is a relaxed retirement resort of sun loving, happy people in northwest Tucson. Located in a convenient part of town, South Forty offers easy highway access to Interstate 10 at Orange Grove Road. Just take Exit 250 and head east for 1-1/2 blocks.
South Forty has full hook up sites with 30 or 50 amp. We are able to accept the following types of RVs:

We have small and medium back-in sites that typically fits RV’s 35 feet and under in length. There are also large pull through sites typically fits Class A motorhomes, large 5th wheels and rigs over 35 feet in length. All sites are 30 and 50 amp electrical service.
We also offer a discounted daily & weekly rate to our veterans, first responders, teachers and healthcare workers.
