WOW!  This is the kind of week when you sit back on your patio at McGavin Ranch, the 55+ Active Community and remember why you moved here.  The weather is wonderful, the air seems fresh, you can watch the snow at other places on the TV, and just sigh!

Another big WOW are the streets here in our community!  Half of them have been resurfaced, and the last half will be done this week.  A little bit of an inconvenience, but they sure look good!  Thanks McGavin Ranch!

It’s only 17 days till Halloween!  And that means a Scavenger Hunt, a golf cart parade, and a dinner afterwards.  I’m gathering up my decorations, and getting ready!  Parades are always a lot of fun!  And, there are prizes!

We only have 2 homes available for purchase right now at our 55+ gated, active community.  Lot 108 is a great floor plan, with two master bedroom suites, a great screened porch, a patio with an orange tree, and just overall wonderful home with 1458 sq ft.  It’s being offered for only $136,900.

The other home is the beautiful Lot 43.  Completely remodeled, it is a gem!  It has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with an island, and all the beauty you’d want!  It is being offered at $149,900.

Give us a call at 480-294-3100 to schedule a tour to pick which home will be your next home, and you can join us in the Halloween Celebration!

Tomorrow, October 15, Bill Harrison will be joining us for a presentation on Sleeping with Ghosts – Haunted Hotels in Arizona.  This will start at 2pm, with a $5 charge, which includes dessert!  What could be better…ghost stories and dessert!

Wednesday is the WII Bowling, which starts at 4pm.  Its always a big turnout!

Friday is Lite Bites at 5pm followed by Bingo at 6pm.  Lite Bites is a meal prepared by volunteers in the community and only costs $5.00.  Bingo is always a fun time also!

McGavin Ranch is a great place to live, either full time, or just during the winter months.  Approximately 85% of our residents are full time though.  It is a gated community, small in size, with only 179 homes and approximately 250 people here.  We are allowed fences on our lots, which is unusual, we have trees, and bushes, and a neighborhood feeling.  Please come visit…you won’t want to leave!
