Low Impact (Walk) Aerobics

An aerobic walk is one that is long enough and brisk enough to bring your heart rate up into the aerobic heart rate zone and keep it there for 30 to 50 minutes.
This is a higher heart rate, between moderate and vigorous intensity. It is low impact. Designed for Seniors.
