Here we are…hanging at home, keeping busy with something, waving to people while sitting on the porch.  Although, being retired, staying home isn’t that different, except we don’t have the option to go do whatever we want, which is why we retired!  But hopefully, everyone is staying healthy!  Be sure to Iet us know if there is a need you have, and hopefully we can help.  I have only heard of one illness, which had nothing to do with the COVID-19.  Let’s keep it that way!

I’m thinking as soon as the restrictions have lifted, we have one huge block party to celebrate, and to say hello to everyone we’ve not seen, or even met before! Food and music, and friends and neighbors!  Something to look forward to!

I know we have one less home for sale here at the Ranch!  Lot 108 has been sold!  YAY! So we will have new neighbors to welcome to the Ranch!

We do have Lot 130, which is a 2 master bedroom home, a huge fenced backyard, 1138 sq ft, and on a corner lot.  The asking price is $131,900.

Lot 48 sits on a corner also, in a cup-de-sac.  It is furnished, has a 2 car garage, 2 bed and den, 2 bath, and an awesome front porch!  Asking price is $137,900.

If you know someone looking for a new place to call home, let them know about McGavin Ranch, the best 55+ active retirement community in Mesa! Give us a call at 480-294-3100.

Our Neighbors helping Neighbors tables in the clubhouse are amazing!  It’s heartwarming to see people reaching out to help one another!  I’ve donated, and also taken items, saving me a trip out into the cruel world!  If any of you do not feel safe going to the grocery store, or are unable, please let me know and we will arrange to get what you need.  Meanwhile, look in the clubhouse…there may be just what you need!

One of our residents, Debi McNall is looking for your cookie and candy packages.  Empty ones!  She is making little zippered bags with them!  If you have some, please leave them at Lot 141, or in the mail box slot in the communication room for her.  The picture of what she is making is below.  It is a real chips ahoy package!

I’d love to tell you about events coming up, but maybe next time!!  Stay safe and healthy, and let us know if you need something we can help with.
