Here it is July already!  Hot temps are upon us, but I see no storms in the forecast!  Hopefully it’ll be a quiet monsoon season!

We had an Open House last Sunday here at the Ranch, and saw quite a few possible future Ranchers!  It’s always fun to show off our 55+ Active Community of McGavin Ranch. And people new to the ranch are always pleased! We do have 5 homes available right now, so it’s a good time to come look. We have smaller 2 bedroom homes to homes with large lots and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!

I’d like to remind you of the amenities here at McGavin Ranch.  When you enter the community through the gated entrance, you will see the clubhouse in front of you.  To the right of the clubhouse is our half covered pool and hot tub. The pool is always a comfy 92 degrees!  To the right of the pool is the putt-putt course and a Ramada with tables and grills to have a BBQ.  On the left of the clubhouse are the bocce courts and pickleball courts.  Inside the clubhouse is a billiards/dart room, a library, full kitchen, and game room.  There is a large room with a stage for dinners, dances, bingo, or who know what!  There is also a fitness room accessed from the outside.  It has commercial grade equipment, which is fairly new.  There is also an RV storage area available.

The Friday, July 5, is Lite Bites and Bingo!  Come grab a meal for only $5.00, then stay and play Bingo! Lites Bites starts at 5:00, and Bingo at 6:00. You might win some money, and maybe make new friends!

On Saturday, July 13 there will be a Community Coffee at 9am. It’s a chance to find out what’s going on in our 55+ Community, have a pastry, and meet some residents.
