Seems like a lucky day today!  The skies are gorgeous, a slight breeze and sun shining!  Good things should be happening today!

This week at our 55+ active retirement community of McGavin Ranch is our first Halloween Scavenger Hunt!  It should be fun…there is 40 minutes to find a list of 24 items around the community and return with the most found for a prize!  Then line up for the Halloween Golf Cart (wheelbarrow, bike, scooter) Parade.  The community will be voting for the best entry to win a prize.  THEN…an All Hallows Eve Supper catered by Alyce to include Witches’ Caldron Beef Stew, Fresh Rolls and butter, a salad, and Graveyard Dirt Cake for $5.00.  Sounds like a fun, exhausting evening!

We have a new home for sale in the Ranch.  Lot #3 has 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a den.  It has an open floor plan, a huge screened porch in the back, a lovely patio in the front, AND a 2 car garage!!  Very hard to find a garaged home here!  It is being offered for $147,900.  Hurry in to see it and make it your new home!

Our other unique home listed is Lot 108.  It has 2 master bedrooms, a large screened porch and back yard with an orange tree (loaded with oranges).  Its the perfect setup for someone having a lot of visitors to have their own bedroom and bathroom at the opposite end of the house from the master.  Take a look at the pictures and give us a call.  480-294-3100.  It’s being offered for $136,900.

These two homes are the only ones available right now.  But, come in to tour the community, watch our website, www.mcgavinranch.com, and on MHVillage.com for new homes to become available.  We’d love to have you be our new neighbor!

This Friday, November 1st is Lite Bites and Bingo.  Lite Bites is a meal, prepared by volunteers, before Bingo for only $5.00.  Following Lite Bites is Bingo starting at 6pm.  Come join in the fun! You may win a million dollars (probably not), but maybe a few bucks!

November is bringing new activities, like a police dog demonstration, Thanksgiving Dinner, Neighborhood Watch meeting, and other fun things!  Stay tuned!
